We use one shared login, so anything you add shows up for everyone — and everyone can edit it.
📱iPhone / iPad
- Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other.
- Tap Add CalDAV Account.
- Server:
calendar.winegathering.ch — then your username and password.
- Tap Next, make sure Calendars is on, then Save.
If it rejects the server name, enter https://calendar.winegathering.ch instead.
💻macOS
- System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account → Other.
- Choose CalDAV Account.
- Enter the server, username and password above.
🤖Android
- Install DAVx⁵ from F-Droid — it's free and open source (the Play Store build is paid, so use F-Droid).
- Open it, tap + → Login with URL and user name.
- Base URL:
https://calendar.winegathering.ch — then your username and password.
- Tick the Wine Gathering calendar. It then appears in Google/Samsung Calendar or Etar.
🦅Thunderbird
- Open the Calendar tab → right-click the calendar list → New Calendar.
- Choose On the Network → Format CalDAV.
- Location:
https://calendar.winegathering.ch/winegathering/gatherings/ — then your username and password.
📨Outlook
- Desktop Outlook has no built-in CalDAV. Install the free CalDAV Synchronizer add-in.
- Use the server URL above with the shared username and password.
